Living on a prayer (or a budget)

I am currently in the process of getting married and we are trying to figure out the best way to budget. I never knew I was a spender until we merged lives together. Now we have a leisure account in which a certain amount a month is deposit for the month thats it not a penny more. So now the question is how to maximize that money while finding great places and creating new  memories together.

Also it is imperative to do things on the weekend that help you on wind and unplug from work. However, if cost is a factor, here are some of my budget friendly ideas.

Allow me to introduce myself....

What are my intentions for starting this blog????
My overall intentions for this blog is to discover me. I know by your mid twenties you should know who you are but I still feel as if I am developing. Thus I will use this blog to discover me to navigate through my quarter life crisis. So I plan to discover everything while continuing to better my life.

Who am I?
A little bit about me, I am currently caught in the middle of a couple life transitions. I started my first "grown up" job (though I can't say I work with grown ups). The hours are long and its not exactly what I had in mind BUT its a job. I am also engaged, to a wonderful fiance and the wedding is less than 50 days away. We work well together but this is a major transition. Merging two lives into one cohesive life. I am so lucky and blessed to have met him.
